To support and drive our ongoing growth, we are currently seeking a Senior Shift Lead to join our Live Gaming Studio in Tbilisi.
As a key role within the organization, the Senior Shift Lead will play a pivotal part in enhancing operational efficiency and contributing to our overall success.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• +2 years of experience working in a management role within igaming industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire
• Proficient written and verbal communication in English and Georgian;
• Excellent computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft 365 suite, and advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas.
• Willingness to learn and master necessary software tools.
• To have an understanding of inventory management systems and procedures.
• To demonstrate integrity and honesty in all interactions and responsibilities.
• To have good negotiation skills, empathy, and the ability to build good working relationships with people at all levels.
• Ability to address situations politely, calmly, and effectively.
• Skilled in identifying and resolving a variety of ad-hoc and non-standard issues during shifts.
• Ability to think on your feet and make decisions in a time-sensitive manner.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and assisting SLs and Junior SLs;
• Managing Team of VIP & Premium Game Presenters;
• Develop and analyze monthly KPIs, statistics and Bonuses;
• Assistance at front stage position recruitment (Workday / interview participation);
• Solving / reviewing issues escalated by SLs or other representatives of Operations team;
• Training of new hire Managers;
• Review documents connected to employee resignation/termination and disciplinary cases;
• Representing operations department on meetings alongside the Operations Manager;
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Live Casino industry, including industry trends, regulations, and best practices;
• Manage inventory and ensure that all equipment and supplies are maintained in good condition;
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards;
• Update and sign off Knowledge Base for department alongside Shift Leads;
• Senior SL on the shift is responsible for reviewing emails regarding Negative feedback on GP/SH;
• Any other duties as required and relevant to the role;
