We are growing fast and looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and structure of our internal sales operations. We are growing fast and looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and structure of our internal sales operations. Key Responsibilities:
Key Requirements:
- Oversee the accuracy and consistency of data in Bitrix24 CRM (in cooperation with the IT department)
- Monitor and support the full sales pipeline within the system — from lead generation to key handover
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for the Head of Sales
- Prepare quarterly and annual sales reports for company directors
- Manage all sales-related documentation, including agent handover acts and contract templates
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure adherence to CRM protocols and internal procedures
- Identify opportunities to optimize CRM usage and internal sales processes
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales operations, CRM administration, or a similar support role
- Understanding of the full sales cycle (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Hands-on experience with Bitrix24 is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Excel (basic functions, tables, filters)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently, structure information, and meet reporting deadlines
Languages:
Fluent in Georgian and English — required
Russian — desirable
