General Requirements:

• Responsible for support of all IT systems, Company Users, Guest Internet Access, computer networks, and telephony systems throughout the Hotel
• Respond courteously and efficiently to queries and problems from Hotel guests and Office users.
• Microsoft Active Directory and DNS management
• Ensure cleanliness of all data equipment and computer rooms.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting of Microsoft Servers
• Responsible for functioning of Guest and Staff Internet, support for Business applications and Servers - Opera PMS, Micros Simphony, Materials Control, IPTV, Alcatel Telephony systems
• Abe to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Monitoring and supporting VisiOnline, SunSystems, Timekeeper Servers, etc.
• Maintenance of Passive network infrastructure, including CAT5/6 cabling,
• Managing the Recovery Process and ensuring a regular daily backup is taken.
• Prepare and Implement Preventive Maintenance for all IT hardware & Software.
• IT inventory monitoring and management
• Brocade, Ruckus and Sophos Firewall
• Experience of VMware management, Google Workspace, Synology NAS Servers

Skills:

• Team Player, Organized, punctual, Self-developing skills
• Related work experience in an International Environment (is a preference).
